- The "Corte Ingles" chain of department stores is Spain's most popular, with outlets in most Spanish cities.
- The Panoramis complex is a shopping centre/mall occupying a prime spot overlooking the harbour on Alicante's seafront.
- As you might expect the biggest growth in the retail sector here has been with the addition of large department stores & shopping centres. Alicante is home to a number of new malls/centres which are mainly located around the seafront promenade/central zones. Most of which are modern & worth a visit, although it has to be said, they are very similar to those found in the UK. Below you can find two addresses of very nice Shopping Centres in the city.
